Article 32. Unique scientific object

Scientific equipment, rare collections and other rare scientific objects that are of particular importance in the implementation of effective scientific activity, which are the only ones in the country used in scientific research, which allow conducting complex research in relevant fields, are considered to be unique scientific objects.

The head of the organization, which has a unique scientific object in its charge, is responsible for its maintenance in working condition, the provision of necessary services to it, its effective use, proper and targeted spending of allocated financial resources, as well as for the provision of scientific and financial reports on unique scientific objects to the authorized state body.
