Article 751. Electronic data

Electronic data is data created, processed, and stored using electronic devices, information systems, and information technologies.

The parties participating in the case, witnesses, and other persons have the right to submit electronic data by making a copy of this data from an electronic medium to another electronic medium containing the electronic data.

The court shall accept the submitted electronic data with the participation of a specialist and shall inspect the primary electronic medium containing the electronic data.

Electronic media containing electronic data that is of no relevance to the case shall be returned to their owners immediately.
