The originals of documents contained in the case file may be returned to the persons who submitted them, upon their motion, after the judgment of the court enters into legal force, or during the proceedings before the judgment enters into legal force if the court concludes that the return of the document will not prejudice the correct resolution of the dispute. Simultaneously with the motion, the said persons shall submit a duly certified copy of the original document or request that the court certify the conformity of the copy remaining in the case file with the original.
