Article 74. Inadmissibility of compulsory execution of an administrative act
On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force
Compulsory execution of an administrative act is carried out in the manner prescribed by law.
No measures of compulsory execution of an administrative act may be applied to a person who voluntarily performs his duties under an administrative act in a proper manner and within the prescribed period.
If, under the threat of application of measures for the enforcement of an administrative act, the addressee agrees to execute it voluntarily and begins to fulfill his obligations, then as long as the addressee executes the administrative act in good faith and in a proper manner, the appointed measure of enforcement must not be enforced.
Full performance by the addressee of his obligations immediately terminates the application of the enforcement measure.
