Article 56. Explanation of an administrative act and its correction

On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force

The administrative body, at the request of the interested person, is obliged to clarify the administrative act without changing its content, and also, on its own initiative or at the request of the interested person, correct the typographical errors and mistakes made, without affecting the essence of the administrative act.

For the implementation of the actions provided for by part one of this article, state duties and other obligatory payments are not collected.
