Article 55. Entry into force of an administrative act

The administrative act shall enter into force upon proper notification of the addressee.

Proper notification of the addressee about the administrative act shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 33 of this Law.

In the cases provided for by law, an official announcement of an administrative act to interested persons is also recognized as a proper notice.

In cases where, according to the legislation, only the corresponding document should be issued to the addressee, the issuance of the document to the addressee is equated to the proper notification of the administrative act.

If an administrative act is subject to official publication as required by law, it shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
