Article 44. Providing the necessary information for filing an application with an administrative authority

The information necessary for filing an application with an administrative body is provided by an official or other employee of the administrative body, whose authority includes providing it.

Reference information is usually provided on:

application forms;

the content of the application;

the list of documents required for the application;

the consequences of violation of the requirements for the form and content of the application;

the time of receipt and issuance of documents;

terms and procedure for consideration of the application;

the procedure for appealing administrative and procedural acts and actions.

The administrative body is obliged to provide access to sample applications and other forms (forms) related to administrative proceedings, as well as to instructions for filling them out, including by posting them on the official website of the administrative body.

The administrative body is obliged to provide the necessary assistance to the applicant in accordance with the law.
