An application received by an administrative body is subject to registration on the same day. The administrative body is obliged to issue to the applicant an appropriate document (mark) confirming the registration of the application, and in the case of filing an application in electronic form, to confirm the registration of the application by electronic message, a link to the relevant entry on the official website of the administrative body or in another way provided by law.
Refusal to register an application with an administrative body is not allowed.
