Article 40. Expenses related to the consideration of an administrative case

Expenses related to the consideration of an administrative case shall be borne by the administrative body conducting the administrative proceedings.

Expenses related to payment for the implementation of additional actions in administrative proceedings, including those related to the participation of persons assisting in the resolution of an administrative case, shall be borne by the participant in the administrative proceedings, at whose request they were carried out.

Applications submitted to administrative bodies may be subject to a state duty or fee in the manner and amount established by law. The amount of the fee is established within the limits of the expenses of the administrative body for the consideration of the administrative case.

No state duty or fee is levied on administrative complaints.
