Article 26. Succession in administrative proceedings

In the event that one of the interested persons withdraws from the administrative proceeding before the adoption of the administrative act, this person may be replaced by his legal successor, if such succession is possible in accordance with the law.

In case of transformation, liquidation or change of the name of an administrative body, succession is allowed in accordance with the law.

For the successor, all actions performed in the course of administrative proceedings prior to his entry into the administrative case are binding to the same extent as they would be binding for the interested person whom the successor replaced.
