Article 25. Language in which administrative proceedings are conducted

In the administrative body, administrative proceedings are conducted in the Uzbek, Karakalpak languages or in the language of the majority of the population of the area.

Participants in administrative proceedings, if necessary, may use the services of an interpreter when participating in administrative proceedings and familiarizing themselves with the materials of the administrative case, and also have the right to speak in their native language.
