On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force
Interdepartmental interaction is carried out on the basis of a request for assistance from an administrative body in the manner prescribed by law. Relations between administrative bodies that are in a subordination relationship are not considered interdepartmental interaction.
A request for the assistance of an administrative body must be sent to an authorized administrative body that is in a position to provide appropriate assistance in the most efficient way.
Failure to respond to a request for assistance from an administrative body should not prevent the resolution of an administrative case.
