Article 40. Recognition of certain legal acts as no longer in force

The following shall be recognized as no longer in force:
1. The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 657-XII of July 3, 1992 “On state sanitary supervision” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1992, No. 9, Article 355);
2. Resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 658-XII of July 3, 1992 “On the procedure for introducing into effect the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ʻOn state sanitary supervisionʼ” (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1992, No. 9, Article 356);
3. Section X of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 70-I of May 6, 1995 “On amendments and additions to certain laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 6, Article 118);
4. Section V of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 772-I of April 15, 1999 “On amendments and additions to certain legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 5, Article 124);
5. Section I of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 125-II of August 31, 2000 “On amendments and additions to certain legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, Nos. 7-8, Article 217);
6.
