Article 45. Appeals against decisions of the district or city khokim, and of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies

Interested persons may appeal to a court against decisions of the district or city khokim on establishing or terminating guardianship or trusteeship, on releasing or removing guardians or trustees from the performance of duties, and against decisions of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies on preliminary appointment of a guardian or trustee.
