Article 44. Compensation for damage caused to a person under guardianship or trusteeship

Damage caused to a person under guardianship or trusteeship as a result of unlawful decisions of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies or unlawful actions (inaction) of their officials must be compensated in the manner prescribed by law.
