Article 92. Deadlines for submitting budget requests

Budget requests for the next year are submitted before August 1 of the current year:

territorial managers of budget funds financed from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and the city budget of the city of Tashkent, budgets of districts and cities, to the relevant financial authorities;

managers of first-level budget funds, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan for capital investments in the design, construction (reconstruction) and equipment of facilities financed from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as bodies managing state trust funds in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan submits updated forecasts of macroeconomic indicators for the medium term to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan by August 15 this year.

The State Tax Committee, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other ministries and departments submit proposals on forecasting revenues of the State budget and state trust funds to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the managing bodies of state trust funds by August 20 of this year.

At the same time, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the basis of prepared proposals for an updated forecast of revenues of the State budget and state trust funds based on updated forecasts of macroeconomic indicators for the next medium-term period, makes changes to:

the maximum size of budget allocations for the next financial year allocated to the managers of the budget funds of the first level;

the maximum expenditure limits of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as managers of first-level budget funds for the next financial year for capital investments in the design, construction (reconstruction) and equipment of facilities;

maximum amounts of interbudgetary transfers allocated to the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the next financial year;

maximum amounts of interbudgetary transfers allocated to state trust funds from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the next financial year.
