Article 91. Procedure for considering budget requests

Consideration of budget requests is carried out:

territorial managers of budget funds financed from the budgets of districts and cities — financial departments of district and city khokimiyats;

territorial managers of budget funds financed from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and the city budget of the city of Tashkent, as well as for draft budgets of districts and cities - the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, financial departments of khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent;

budgetary organizations and recipients of budgetary funds subordinate to the managers of budgetary funds of the first level, as well as managers of budgetary funds of the second level, financed from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan — by the corresponding managers of budgetary funds of the first level;

capital investments for the design, construction (reconstruction) and equipment of facilities at the expense of the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of the regions and the city budget of the city of Tashkent, as well as managers of first-level budget funds — the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

managers of first-level budget funds, budget projects of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as for projects of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and budgets of state trust funds — the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan also considers:

budget requests for second-level budget managers under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

budget requests for capital investments for design, construction (reconstruction) and equipment of facilities, summarized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
