Article 1381. Targeted social transfers

Targeted social transfers are allocated from the higher budget to the lower budget to cover expenditures on wages and unified social security payment of educational and healthcare institutions.

Sizes of targeted social transfers are set:

from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent when adopting the draft law on the State Budget;

from the republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets of regions and the city budget of the city of Tashkent to the budgets of districts and cities of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Kengashes of people's deputies of regions and the city of Tashkent when making decisions on the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent.

Unused targeted social transfers at the end of current fiscal year are subject to refund to the respective higher budget.
