Article 22. Provision of realtor services to several clients

A realtor organization or a realtor shall have the right to provide realtor services simultaneously to several clients with respect to the same immovable property and rights thereto. In such cases, the conditions for the provision of realtor services shall be the same for all clients.

The realtor organization or the realtor shall disclose to all clients information on the immovable property and on the rights of third parties thereto.
