Article 21. Documents confirming performance of the contract for the provision of realtor services

A realtor organization or a realtor shall prepare an act (document) confirming performance of the contract for the provision of realtor services, which shall be signed by the head of the realtor organization or the realtor and by the client. In doing so, the realtor organization or the realtor shall deliver to the client all documents directly related to the provided realtor services.
