Information and consulting services on the real estate market shall be provided by a realtor organization or a realtor on the basis of a contract for the provision of realtor services concluded with the client in the manner prescribed by law.
Such services include providing the client with information about immovable property and rights thereto; analysis and forecasting of the state of the real estate market and its participants; information on the market situation (conjuncture); information on regulatory legal acts in the sphere of the real estate market; organizing the dissemination of advertising for immovable property; and recommendations on selecting the parties to a transaction.
