Article 95. Resolution of property disputes between parents and children

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Property disputes between parents and minor children shall be resolved in court on general grounds. The protection of the rights of minor children in such cases shall be carried out by the guardianship and trusteeship bodies.
