Article 86. Cancellation of the restriction of parental rights

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

If the grounds on which the parents (or one of them) were restricted in parental rights disappear, the court may - at the claim of the parents (or one of them) - decide to return the child to the parents (or one of them) and to cancel the restrictions provided for in Article 83 of the present Code.

The court may - taking into account the child's opinion - refuse to satisfy the claim if the return of the child to the parents (or one of them) is contrary to the child's interests.
