Article 50. Procedure for recognizing the marriage invalid

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Recognition of marriage as invalid shall be executed only in court.

When issuing a copy of the effective court decision on the annulment of the marriage, a relevant note shall be made in the passport or other identity document.

Extract from the effective court decision on the annulment of the marriage shall be sent within ten days by the court to the civil registry office at the place of registration of the marriage.
