Article 217. Special cases of registration of marriage conclusion

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Registration of marriage conclusion with persons in pretrial detention facilities or institutions for execution of punishment in the form of imprisonment shall be made by the civil registry offices in the location of these institutions in accordance with the procedure established by legislation.
