Article 209. Introduction of changes in the establishment of paternity after the birth registration

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

On the basis of the parents' application, a court decision, or the father's statement (in the event of the mother's death, impossibility to establish her place of residence, her declaration of incapacity or her deprivation of parental rights), paternity shall be established at the place of birth registration by entering information about the father in the birth record book.
