Article 208. Registration of birth upon simultaneous establishment of paternity

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

If an application to establish paternity is submitted by the parents at the same time as the application to register the birth of the child, information about the father of the child shall be recorded according to the submitted application, and the surname of the child shall be assigned by agreement of the parents.
