Article 18. Arising of rights and duties of spouses

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Persons who have concluded the marriage become spouses from the moment of marriage registration at the civil registry office, and the rights and duties of spouses shall arise between them from that time.
