Article 166. Retention of survivor's pension or allowance upon adoption

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Minors who, at the time of adoption, are entitled to a survivor's pension or allowance shall also retain that right upon adoption.
