Article 158. Adoption of a child under guardianship or trusteeship

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

If a child is under guardianship or custody and no parental consent is required for adoption, the adoption shall take place with the consent of the guardian or custodian.
