Article 101. Amount of alimony due by parents to adult children

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

The amount of alimony payable by parents to their adult children, incapable of working and in need of assistance shall be determined by court in a firm amount of money, taking into account the family and financial situation of the parents obliged to pay the alimony.
