Parents shall be obliged to keep their incapable adult children who are in need of assistance.
Provision of maintenance to incapable adult children in need of assistance shall be made by agreement between the parents. In the event of impossibility to reach agreement between the parents, the dispute shall be resolved through judicial procedure.
