Article 41922. Submission of explanations (objections) regarding the supervisory complaint (protest)

Persons participating in the case have the right to submit to the court written explanations (objections) regarding the supervisory complaint (protest), attaching documents confirming them.

Explanations (objections) shall be submitted with copies according to the number of persons participating in the case, except for those sent in electronic document form. The court shall serve copies of the explanations (objections) to the parties in the case.
