Article 41913. Suspension of enforcement of judicial documents

At the request of persons participating in the case, the supervisory instance court (judge) may suspend the enforcement of a judicial document until the supervisory proceedings are concluded.

The judge shall indicate in the ruling on acceptance of the supervisory complaint (protest) for proceedings whether the enforcement of the judicial document is suspended or the request to suspend enforcement is denied.
