Article 41912. Acceptance of supervisory complaints (protests) by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional courts, the Tashkent City Court, and the Military Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A supervisory complaint (protest) that meets the form and content requirements set forth by this Code shall be accepted for proceedings.

The ruling on acceptance of a supervisory complaint (protest) for proceedings shall indicate the time and place of the court hearing to consider the complaint (protest).

The person who submitted the supervisory complaint (protest), as well as the other persons participating in the case, shall be informed of the time and place of the hearing. The absence of persons properly notified of the hearing shall not preclude consideration of the case in supervisory procedure.
