Article 411. Explanations (objections) to the cassation (protest) appeal

The persons participating in the case shall have the right to present to the court explanations (objections) to the complaint (protest) with the documents confirming these explanations (objections) attached.

Explanations (objections) shall be presented to the court with copies according to the number of persons participating in the case, except for explanations (objections) sent as an electronic document. The court shall deliver the copies of explanations (objections) to the persons participating in the case.
