A cassation complaint (protest) that complies with the form and content requirements established by this Code shall be accepted for proceedings by the cassation instance court.
The ruling on acceptance of the cassation complaint (protest) for proceedings shall specify the time and place of the court hearing to consider the complaint (protest).
The person who filed the cassation complaint (protest), as well as other persons participating in the case, shall be notified of the time and place of the cassation court hearing. Failure of a duly notified person to appear shall not prevent the cassation court from hearing the case.
