Article 4021. Appellate Complaint (Protest) Against a Decision of the First Instance Court

An appellate complaint (protest) against a decision of the first instance court in a case concerning an administrative offense shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedure established in this Chapter for appealing (protesting) rulings of the first instance court.
