Article 339. The right of the document holder to file a claim for unjust enrichment

The document holder, who for some reason failed to declare his/her rights to this document in time, may file a claim for an unjust enrichment against the person who is recognized as entitled to receive a new document to replace the lost one. Such a claim may be filed with the court only upon the entry of the decision into legal force.
