Article 321. Content of the application and time limit for filing thereof

The application for involuntary hospitalization of a person with infectious form of tuberculosis in a specialized department of a TB hospital shall be filed within 24 hours from the date of acceptance by the medical commission of that hospital of the conclusion on the necessity of such hospitalization of the person evading medical examination and/or treatment. The conclusion shall indicate the period during which the treatment will be carried out.

The application for the involuntary extension of the hospitalization period of a person with infectious form of tuberculosis in a specialized department of a TB hospital shall be filed based on the conclusion of the medical commission of that hospital on the necessity to extend the period of hospitalization in the hospital where the person is undergoing treatment. The conclusion shall indicate the period during which the treatment will be carried out.
