Article 309. Implications of appearance of a citizen recognized as missing or declared dead or discovery of a place of his/her stay

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

Should a citizen recognized as missing or declared dead appear or the place of his/her stay discovered, the court shall cancel its earlier decision by a new decision. This decision shall constitute a ground, respectively, for cancellation of the property management or cancellation of the entry on his/her death in the civil status registration book.
