Article 302. Consideration of the case

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The court shall consider adoption cases with the obligatory participation of the adoptive parent/s, representatives of the guardianship and trusteeship authorities, as well as the prosecutor.

Where necessary, the court may involve the parent/s of the adopted child, his/her relatives, and other interested persons in the case, as well as the child himself/herself, who has reached the age of ten years.

The court shall consider adoption cases in a closed court session.
