The court decision shall specify the following: the fact established by the court, the purpose for which it was established and the evidence on the basis of which the court has established this fact.
The court's decision on establishing a fact to be registered with the civil registration authorities or registered with other authorities shall serve as a basis for such registration or formalization, without replacing the documents issued by these authorities.
