Article 287. Actions of the court after the acceptance of the application

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The court shall notify the persons participating in the case of the time and place of consideration of the application and send them copies of the application on reconsidering the default decision and the materials attached thereto.
