Article 286. Content of the application for reconsidering the default decision

The application for reconsidering the default decision shall contain the following:

1) Title of the court that rendered the default decision;

2) Surname, name, patronymic (title), place of residence (location, postal address) of the defendant, who files the application;

3) List of circumstances indicating the validity of the reasons for failure to appear at the court session, and the evidence confirming these circumstances, as well as the evidence that may affect the content of the adopted default decision;

4) Request of the defendant claiming an application;

5) List of materials attached to the application.

The application for reconsidering for reconsidering the default decision shall be signed by the defendant or his/her representative.

The application for reconsidering the default decision shall be filed with the court with copies according to the number of persons participating in the case, except for the application sent as an electronic document. The application shall not be subject to State duty.
