Article 279. Comments on the record (protocol)
Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force
Persons participating in the case shall have the right to get acquainted with the court session record and may file observations on the record within five days from the date of its signing, indicating the incorrect or incomplete aspects admitted therein.
The presiding judge shall review the observations filed to the record and — if he/she agrees with them — certify their correctness and attach them to the court session record.
If the presiding judge disagrees with the observations filed, they shall be considered in the court session. The observations filed shall in all cases be included in the case file.
Observations on the record shall be considered within seven days after their submission with notification of the persons participating in the case. However, their failure to appear shall not be an obstacle for consideration of application on observations to the record.
Participants of the court proceedings shall have the right to get acquainted with audio and video recording of the court session.
A copy of the audio and video recording of the court session shall be issued to the participants of the court proceedings with the permission of the court that considered the case.
