Article 278. Drawing up a record (protocol)

The record shall be kept by the court session secretary in the court session itself or outside the courtroom while conducting a separate procedural action.

The persons participating in the case shall have the right to apply for recording in the record the circumstances that they consider substantial for the case.

Applications of the parties, third parties on the complete or partial waiver of their claims, recognition of the claims, termination of the case by conciliation agreement shall be included in the protocol. The minutes shall be signed by the presiding judge and the secretary of the court session no later than three days after the end of the court session or a separate procedural action. All changes, corrections, additions should be explained in the protocol.
