Article 271. Rendering of the court ruling

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The rulings shall be rendered by the court in a separate room (consultation room) in line with the procedure established by Articles 19, 250, and 252 of this Code and shall be attached to the case.

When resolving simple issues, the court may render a ruling on the spot. Such ruling shall be recorded in the court session record. The rulings shall be announced immediately after they are rendered.
