Article 266. Decisions subject to immediate execution

The following court decisions shall be subject to immediate execution:

1) on awarding alimony;

2) on awarding wages to an employee, but not exceeding the amount for three months;

3) on awarding payments to compensate for the damage caused by injury or other health damage or the death of the breadwinner;

4) on reinstatement of a worker with whom the employment contract was unlawfully terminated or a worker unlawfully transferred to another job, as well as on changing the wording of the grounds for termination of the employment contract;

5) on involuntary hospitalization of a person with infectious form of tuberculosis in a specialized department of a TB hospital or extension of the hospitalization period;

6) on the claims admitted by the defendant in the court trial — in full or in a part relating to the admission.
