Article 261. Correction of misprints and obvious arithmetic errors in the decision

The court may, on its own initiative or at the request of the persons participating in the case, correct the misprints made in the decision or obvious arithmetic errors.

The application on correction of misprints made in the decision or obvious arithmetic errors shall be considered within ten days from the date of its submission.

The issue of correction of the misprints made in the decision or obvious arithmetic errors shall be settled in the court session with the notification of the persons participating in the case. However, the non-appearance of these persons shall not be an obstacle for consideration of the issue on making corrections.

The ruling shall be rendered on making corrections in the decision or dismissal of the corrections.

A special complaint (protest) may be filed against the court ruling on making corrections in the decision.
